Are clinical practice guidelines related to seating and mobility or pressure injury prevention used in your practice? Research shows that high-quality evidence is not applied in practice consistently. Learn how principles of change management, knowledge translation and adult learning theory are used to lead practice change in any clinical setting.
Learning Objectives:
1. Articulate at least two change management theories
2. Describe at least five phases of the CIHR Knowledge to Action Process model
3. Apply the Knowledge to Action Process in their work setting either to effect clinical practice change or to inform client/caregiver/ staff actions
