This session will assume a working knowledge of the 24-hr approach to postural management. A postural care pathway will be described including assessment and goal setting, options for intervention, and outcome measures, using case studies of children and adults with complex needs. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify three indicators for supported lying positions at night for people with complex needs 2. Identify three potential issues that can be addressed by supported lying positions at night and the appropriate outcome measures 3. Design a postural care plan for people with non-reducible postural asymmetries
