For atheletes playing recreational sports, many cannot afford customized chairs. This leads to modifications of chairs without assistance from physiotherapists. These adaptations are not perspective. They can lead to shoulder injuries and changes in propulsion mechanics. Modifications for improved performance and reduced detriment to musculoskeletal system will be provided.
