CANCELLATION POLICY:
Limited Enrolment Courses require a minimum of 21 days notice for a full refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations made between 21 and 14 days prior to the first day of the program will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations made less 14 days prior to the first day of the program. Unlimited Enrolment Courses require a minimum of one week notice for a full refund less a $100 administration fee. No refund will be granted for cancellation made less than one week prior to the course date. COVID-19: In the event that a course is cancelled by UBC CDE due to an order, notice and/or guidance from BC’s Provincial Health Officer, The University of British Columbia or any other governmental authority, tuition fees will be fully refunded.
